The TEC Trust Fund (TTF) is a small charitable fund established to further the pursuit of skills excellence in the UK.
At TTF we believe that skills matter: To the growth of an individual, to the success of business and the economic well being of the UK.
Our mission is to support the achievement of high level skills : whether it is to develop a young talent who has been identified as having potential to excel and participate in a skills competition; or to further the high level training of an employee who has come into vocational skills later in life. We aim to encourage skills excellence and influence policy change through research.
TTF has lent its support to a number of projects and individuals in recent years. We identify with projects that drive up skills levels of the workforce in small to medium size businesses or with individuals who are on a quest for excellence.
We have provided financial support to new initiatives such as skills competitions. We have worked in partnership with government bodies to deliver events to generate awareness of the importance skills at a political level. We have provided laptops for young hopefuls who are training to compete at the biggest skills competition ever, WorldSkills.
